JOSH Duggar’s pregnant wife Anna smirked as she left court with him.
The pair were captured in their first photo since Josh was arrested on child pornography charges.
In a new photo shared by a local news station and posted to Reddit, Josh, 33, donned a soft grin as he wore a suit and tie while leaving court.
Anna, 33, walked confidently by her husband’s side and smirked as her round baby bump was on full display in a light pink dress.
The Counting On alum appeared in court in Arkansas on Monday for an evidentiary hearing.
The public outing is rare for Anna, who has been keeping a low profile since Josh was arrested.
Josh was arrested and charged with receiving and possessing child pornography in April, as he awaits his trial on home confinement.
If convicted, he could receive 20 years in prison with fines up to $250,000 for each count.
Josh is accused of having a one two-minute video on his computer of two underage females and a male who performed sexual acts on the children.
Also found were 65 images of a female "consistent with child pornography," where the victims were between 5 and 12.
Anna- who is pregnant with the couple's seventh child- is said to be "struggling" with the scandal and is "isolating" herself from the Duggar family.
Back in July, The Sun exclusively revealed how Anna is "pointing the finger at everyone else" for her husband's child pornography arrest and feuding with the family- including patriarch Jim Bob and matriarch Michelle.
A source previously revealed: "Anna is really struggling with Josh's arrest, and she's still at war with his parents Jim Bob and Michelle.
"She still lives in the warehouse on Duggar land but isn't particularly welcome at the main house at the moment.
"She has been pointing the finger at everyone else for what has happened to Josh, she's falling out with family members and isolating herself."
STANDING BY JOSH
Shortly after Josh' arrest, a source exclusively told The Sun that Anna is supportive of her husband.
"Anna is standing by her husband as she always has," a source said in April.
"She even accompanied Josh to Fayetteville on Thursday so he could turn himself in to authorities."
The insider added: "Josh and Anna asked the family to pray for them, and said that they love them."
The Sun also revealed Josh's trial has been delayed until November and TLCaxed the family's reality show Counting On after almost six years.
The disgraced former reality star- who was released on bail in July- requested the court postpone his trial date "in or after February 2022."
The court responded by agreeing to a three-month delay, though explained anything additional is "unnecessary."
An Arkansas judge found the postponement "appropriate" and reset the jury trial for November 30, 2021.
The pretrial conference was moved from July 2 to November 18, 2021.
Josh has until October 18, 2021 to change his not guilty plea and until October 20, 2021 to submit a signed plea deal. A change of plea hearing, if needed, is set for October 22.
Josh’s legal team called the case "complex," as it involved a "several-year federal investigation".
He allegedly used the "dark web" and "peer-to-peer BitTorrent file-sharing networks," both of which are common in the receiving of child pornography.
