And it seem the bash took an exciting turn as Josie Gibson revealed she turned into a "ravage animal" at the event.
Loose Women star Kaye Adams said Alison had "thrown Josie under the bus" as she teased Josie's antics at her birthday event.
Josie said: "Oh I went to her birthday party on Saturday. I'm missing three hours of it. I don't normally drink and I turned into a ravage animal."
The star said it was the "best party ever" and added that Alison had "rum punch" everywhere which Josie said tasted "just like juice".
She added: "The next thing I know I was blowing raspberries on everyone – on their bellies!"
After her confession the chat swiftly moved on to Josie's love life as she explained that many people thought she was in a relationship with TV director Sam Morter who has regularly been by Josie's side in recent months.
After speculation surrounded their relationship status – fuelled by Alison who called them a "gorgeous couple" and said she was "excited for this wedding" – she shut it down on the show.
Josie said: "You shouldn't joke on social media, because people don't get the jokes.
"I was with our cameraman Sam, we spent so much time together, but I love him, he's brilliant. He's a really good cameraman!
"I'm not his girlfriend, I'm still single and I couldn't pull a cracker – especially after Saturday night!"
She felt a need to make a comment on the romance rumours as she confessed it was a joke and it "got out of hand", with the cameraman Sam adding: "Okay, I think the joke went too far, Josie!"
Josie said that the time will come for her to get in a relationship but she explained that she wants her son to be older before she starts dating.
Loose Women continues weekdays at 12:30pm on ITV.
