KATIE Price has been accused of promoting a scam watch company after fans complained they’ve been ripped off.
Faithful punters snapped up the Harry Lewis brand of watches after seeing Katie raving about them on her Instagram Stories back in July.
She took to Instagram on July 23rd and 24th after teaming up with Harry Lewis to model their watches and promote a flash sale, with the accessories priced at just £10 a piece.
However, furious fans have now slammed the mum-of-five after being left empty-handed and out of pocket.
One of the fans, who didn't want to be named told The Sun Online they forked out on four watches totally £40 – and they haven't heard a peep out of the firm since.
They said: "After I saw Katie advertising the watches on 23 and 24 July, I went on and bought four, at £10 each, for my family – but nothing turned up.
"I didn't even get a confirmation email after they took the money – and the email on their website bounced back. It's a scam."
Another buyer complained on website Trust Pilot, writing: "Scam do not buy. I was directed to the website from Katie Price's Instagram story sharing these watches she had received.
"Ordered 22nd of July, email confirmation stated I would receive a further email when shipped, had no other email. Contacted them or should I say tried to and the email was redirected back to my inbox as a non existent email address . Absolute scam"
And one more wrote: "ScamPlease be aware i bought two watches from this company and did not receive anything. If you try to contact them the email adress does not exist."
Instagram's rules force influencers promoting products to tag their video as an advert, which Katie did.
In the video obtained by The Sun Online, which has since been deleted, she then modelled a pink watch as she acted up for the camera, telling fans: "Oh, there you are! Sorry, I was busy admiring my watch. I mean, what's the time?
"So this watch, why do I love it? Not only is it pink but I found this place to offer all my followers a great deal

"To get one of these watches, you can get it for 80 percent off, but the offer only lasts 24hours and you've got to spend over £20 to get free shipping. I mean what a bargain is that?
"What's the time? I'm busy."
