The 38-year-old mum-of-five is in Tenerife filming Celebs Go Dating and posed for a selfie happily nestled on a sunlounger with the 22-year-old semi-professional footballer.
Kerry looked pleased as punch as she posed for a selfie with the bare-chested reality star.
"With my valentines @_jackfowler_ @celebsgodating," she commented along a series of love-eyed emojis.
In another selfie, Kerry sunbathed in her tropical leaf-print bikini and shared: "Not a bad way to spend Valentine's Day!"
It's not the first time Kerry has been linked to a celebrity on Celebs Go Dating – after she was spotted getting close to Pete Wicks.
Kerry told her followers: "Don't tell Pete shhhhh!"
The former Atomic Kitten singer looked intense in conversation with the 30-year-old Towie star at the launch of their new TV show in November.
Kerry and Pete will join celebrity singletons Georgia Steel, Chelsee Healey and Sam Thompson to find love with the help of dating expert Anna Williamson.
But it looked as if the pair only had eyes for each other as they flirted outside of the venue.
Pete could be seen holding Kerry close as she nuzzled her face against his chest.
They were inseparable on the red carpet too as Kerry sported a huge grin as she messed around with the Towie star.
Awkwardly, Pete is set to clash with his ex-girlfriend Megan McKenna who was the final star to join the next series.
But they appear to have made up as Megan shared a picture of them in Tenerife and posted: "Shout out to my ex."
