Kevin Clifton breaks silence over Stacey Dooley romance as he's put on the spot

Kevin Clifton has finally broken his silence on his relationship with Stacey Dooley.

The pair have remained tight lipped over their romance, however it seems everything is going well for the loved up duo.

Yes, when appearing on This Morning, the Strictly Come Dancing star was put on the spot by Ruth Langsford over his girl.

When rounding up the interview, the host cheekily asked: ‘And how are things with Stacey?’

Shuffling around in his seat, the 36-year-old started to laugh as he insisted they were ‘all good.’

He told Ruth: ‘Yes, all good, yes,’ before looking over at his sister Joanne, to which he teased: ‘Look at this, straight into the personal life.’

The presenter pushed for more answers, and pointed out the fact that he was very ‘smiley’.

But refusing to give up any more, Kevin quickly shut down the conversation with: ‘Yeah, all good.’

And we’re happy for them!

Stacey met Kevin when she was paired up with the Grimsby dancer on the 2018 series of Strictly, with the couple going on to win the Glitterball.

The Glow Up host was dating personal trainer Sam throughout the show, but their three year relationship came to an end in March.

Sam later claimed that after their split, he discovered messages from Kevin reading ‘I love you’ on Stacey’s phone.

He told The Sun: ‘I was getting my stuff to leave. Stacey was in the loo. Her phone went and it was Kevin Clifton. I grabbed the phone and confronted her. She said she’d tell me everything I needed to know.’

He went on to say that Stacey told him she didn’t start ‘entertaining’ Kevin until they had split up.

Until the episode of This Morning, neither of the pair had addressed their relationship rumours, however, they have recently been spotted looking pretty cosy while out on a stroll together.
