Location, Location, Location viewers have the same complaint about buyer 'with his head in the clouds' | The Sun

LOOCATION, Location, Location viewers have slammed a prospective buyer for his "unrealistic" list of demands.

Max, who decided to relocate from Birmingham after meeting his partner Dan, wanted a four-bedroom home in a sought-after area in Leeds – but on a budget.

The would-be buyer also demanded that his home needed to have high ceilings due to him being 6ft 6in.

He also wanted to rent out the basement to help him finance his mortgage.

Kirstie Allsopp, who had to manage Max's expectations, told the young professional that he might have to compromise on some of his demands.

As a result, viewers were quick to criticise and said Max had "his head in the clouds".

Taking to Twitter, one viewer penned: "He wants four bedrooms in Headingley for around £240k to £260k. Is this a repeat from like 1990?"

Echoing their comments, someone else said: "Looking for four bedrooms in Leeds for £245k. Like, seriously? I’m looking forward to seeing Kirsty and Phil treading the streets of Beeston."

While a third added: "Having lived in Leeds all of my life, I would be amazed if that guy gets a place for 245K in a decent area."

In the end, Max decided to pursue his search on his own and a couple of weeks later he was called about a property he had been bidding on before coming onto the show.

They also revealed that the property is now worth over £1milllion.
