Lucifer (played by Tom Ellis) saw a lot of action in season four this week.
After almost a year off-air, Lucifer found a new home on Netflix following its tragic cancellation from Fox.
And the new episodes show off Lucifer doing what he does best – taking on bad guys and striving for the affection of Chloe Decker (Lauren German).
One of the standout scenes of season four saw Lucifer taking on a number of thugs in a bar in episode four.
Although the show does an incredible job of making Lucifer’s infinite power look effortless, Tom has now posted a video on his Instagram account which shows how it has all been done.
The video shows off Tom being wrestled by various patrons of the bar whilst a cameraman hovers behind him.
Acting as Lucifer Tom kicks one thug off of his back, before throwing another to the ground.
Another scene shows Tom throwing one unfortunate bar-goer into the pinball machines behind him as the cameraman closes in on the now injured bad guy.
Tom captioned the video: “#bts shooting the bar fight in #Lucifer season4 episode 4 ‘all about eve’ @lucifernetflix video by @joshstyle.”
But while Tom reminisced about his time filming on set, his fans could not help but plead for another season of the show.

One wrote: “Tom. I just finished season 4 and I’m NOT ok. We need season 5 because I don’t know what to do with my life now.”
Another pleaded: “No. No please. It cannot end this way. I’m not having it. Season 5 bring it.”
With one adding: “Only 10 episodes on S4???? S5 pleaase, Mr. Morningstar. :).”
No hints have yet been given about the possibility of a season five being picked up by Netflix just yet, but Lucifer bosses are certainly eager to discuss what could come next in the Devil’s story.
Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Lucifer showrunners Ildy Modrovich and Joe Henderson recently spoke about the season four cliffhanger, and how they would bring Lucifer back.
Joe explained: “We have a lot of exciting ways [to bring him back], and one way in particular, to do it that launches an awesome, awesome season 5.
“We did spend some time digging into what we think can be season 5. We even have the first scene [of season 5], which is one of my favourite things we’ve ever come up with [laughs].”
Modrovich went on to add: “Oh my god, so exciting!
“Overall, when we approach a new season, and this sort of speaks to your last question about Eve, we really try to ping it in a completely different direction.”
Lucifer season four is available on Netflix now.
