Masked Dancer’s Frankie Seaman was BANNED from show set for weird reason | The Sun

MASKED Dancer’s Frankie Seaman was BANNED from the show's set for a very weird reason.

The actress and her footie legend husband David, 59, were revealed as Pillar and Post on the ITV show on Saturday night.

The couple were forced to withdraw from the Masked Dancer after Frankie injured her ankle during rehearsals.

Since returning to our screens last month, viewers have been trying to guess the famous faces behind the costumes.

Everyone on the show works hard to keep it a secret, and the team on set have to take extra precautions.

Frankie was told she couldn't go into The Masked Dancer studio one day because she didn't have socks on and someone might identify her from her FEET.

Masked Dancer’s David Seaman reveals Arsenal legend worked out he was Post

David confessed on the Seaman Says podcast: "Once we arrived at the studio and we were going in to rehearse and Frankie was just about to get out of the car and one of the runners spotted she hadn't got her socks on.

"She had black leggings and black trainers on, but had left her socks off.

"The runner came out and said, 'You can't come in, you've got to put your socks on,' just because it showed a bit of flesh and that's a half a clue…

"Honestly. They are proper on it. It's good fun."

Frankie and David entered the competition as its first double act.

Host Joel Dommett explained on Saturday's episode: “Sadly, Pillar took a tumble during rehearsals, and I am absolutely gutted to tell you that on medical advice they have had to withdraw from the competition.”

Speaking about their departure from the Masked Dancer, Frankie shared in a statement: “We were gutted as we absolutely loved every minute!

"It was great fun but a tumble meant our Masked journey came to an end too soon, we had such a blast and we were sad that we had to hang up our masks without being able to share our final dance with you all!
