Viewers who saw today's interview loved it every bit as much as Alison, with one tweeting: "I just laughed so hard I woke my baby up."
Michael, who was first interviewed by Alison in 2008, was flirting with Alison from the get-go.
The 43-year-old asked her: "Do you know how many times in the last 10 years I've thought about you? Many. I wrote notes. I never sent them."
Reaching into his jacket pocket, Michael went on: "Here's some of the notes. This is 'Love you.' I never sent it. This is 'Miss You.' This one is 'Thinking of you.' This was a late nighter, a lonely late-nighter."
When Alison, wearing a jumper with Michael and her face on it, recovered, she asked: "You do realise your wife might be watching this?"
"Oh, no," corrected Michel, who is married to model Luisana Lopilato. "You are part of our…" before Alison collapsed into hysterics again, bawling: "She'd be part of mine."
Viewers at home loved the encounter, which ended with the pair singing to one another and sharing a kiss under the mistletoe.
One wrote: "Alison Hammond and Michael Bublé has made my day ??."
Another roared: "Alison Hammond's Bublé interview is epic!"
The 43-year-old former Big Brother star has made a name for herself with uproarious interviews where everyone ends up in hysterics.
Last year she left Harrison Ford, who famously rarely even cracks a smile during interviews, in fits of laughter when she knocked back whisky while chatting to him and Ryan Gosling.
"Bleak, dystopian, an absolute nightmare," she said. "That's just my interviewing techniques."
Then, when Ryan asked: "Are you a fan of the original film?" she replied: "Never seen it!"
He also got Hugh Jackman giggling by telling him: "Let's call it what it is. This isn't an interview. This is a date."
