Neighbours cast 2020: Who is new in Ramsay Street and who's leaving?

VIEWERS should brace themselves for a deluge of comings and goings among the Neighbours cast in 2020.

The soap marked its 35th anniversary in March with three shock deaths. But who else is leaving and returning on Neighbours?

Claudia Watkins (Kate Raison) – returning

Finn’s shocking demise will bring his mum back to Ramsay Street as she seeks answers for his mysterious death.

Claudia has a secret agenda when she befriends Elly Conway – who is accused of his murder.

The feisty mother is set to swoop in and cause chaos when she demands custody of granddaughter Aster.

Samantha Fitzgerald (Simone Buchanan) – returning

Samantha was first seen in 2008 as the ex-wife of Daniel Fitzgerald.

The troubled lawyer – who struggled with bipolar disorder – was last seen prosecuting Steph Scully in her trial for killing Ringo Brown.

Samantha will return and team up with Claudia to swipe Elly’s baby.

Dee Bliss (Madeleine West) – returning

Viewers were stunned when Dee returned from the dead in one of Neighbours’ most dramatic plots ever.

Toadie Rebecchi will finally be reunited with Dee and twin Andrea at some point later in 2020 when they return to the street.

Neighbours bosses are yet to confirm what their comeback storyline will be, and fans will have to tune in to find out.

Mark Brennan (Scott McGregor) – returning

Cop Mark is assisting Sky Mangel on the investigation into Finn Kelly’s death.

Scott McGregor has played the detective on and off for a decade and spent a number of years laying low in witness protection before coming back from the dead.

Sky Mangel (Stephanie McIntosh) – returning

Sky returned to the street to marry Lana Crawford as part of the soap’s anniversary celebrations this month.

She’ll be around for a while as the senior detective on the Finn Kelly murder case.

Sky was a regular on the soap between 2003 and 2007 and is the real-life half-sibling of Jason Donovan, who played Scott Robinson.

Elly Conway (Jodi Anasta) – leaving

Elly will depart from the soap in spring 2020 after actress Jodi Anasta quit the soap.

The character will be accused of killing ex-lover Finn Kelly after he met a grisly end during the soap’s 35th anniversary week.

The former Home and Away star joined Neighbours in 2016.

Finn Kelly (Rob Mills) – leaving

Villain Finn’s reign of terror over the street was brought to a sudden end when he drowned in the grave he’d dug for enemy Susan Kennedy.

Finn’s exit will bring Rob Mill’s three years on the soap to a close.

In the wake of his death, his mum is set to arrive in the village and ruffle a few feathers as she sets her sights on Elly.

Prue Wallace (Denise Van Outen) – leaving

Prue Wallace was killed off this month in a violent explosion after inadvertently ending up carrying Finn Kelly’s hidden bomb.

Prue had been dumped by fiance Gary and headed off to make amends, not realising that she’d picked up a box carrying the bomb.

The shocking death was part of the show’s 35th anniversary week.
