In April, she was featured on Chris Brown’s single “Wobble Up” along with rapper G-Eazy. That song debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100, and made it as high as No. 7 on the iTunes overall chart.
Minaj’s most recent album, “Queen,” was released in Aug. of 2018. It peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 behind Travis Scott’s “Astroworld.”
In July, Minaj announced that she had canceled her upcoming performance at the Jeddah World Fest in Saudia Arabia. Minaj said the move was an effort to show support for women’s and LGBTQ rights, and came in response to an open letter from the Human Rights Foundation asking her to cancel the performance over what they called a “human rights crisis” in the country.
