Selling Sunset is a popular reality TV series following some of the top real estate agents in LA. The Netflix hit series is due to return this year and it stars high-flying agents as they help sell luxurious properties. One of the stars of the show is Maya Vander, and she told Express.co.uk she is expecting her third baby.
Selling Sunset season four is on the way and fans are excited to see the staff at The Oppenheim Group return.
One of the agents, Maya Vander, made the decision to leave the company and pursue her own brokerage in Miami so she could be closer to her family.
She will still remain a part of season four, and explained how she was flying between LA and Miami for filming.
Maya has always been a fan-favourite in the series, due to her kind heart and sense of humour.
She is definitely a family woman and has often spoken about her two children – Aiden and Elle Madison.
In the past she has spoken out about planning a third child with her husband, and she has just announced she is pregnant again.
Allowing Express.co.uk to break the news on her pregnancy, she said: “I am three months – 15 weeks.
“I’m feeling super tired but between two kids and travelling and being super busy with Miami real estate, who knows if it’s the pregnancy or everything combined.”
She is now in the second trimester of her pregnancy, and this is the first time the news has been made public.
Back in March 2021, Express.co.uk caught up with Maya about her family plans.
At the time, she said: “My kids are great. They are growing so fast and I enjoy spending time with them.
“As far as a third kid…depending on the day you are asking the question! I am leaning to have a third baby but not yet…although, the clock is ticking.”
Family means everything to Maya and she has always made sure she is able to spend time with her husband and children despite her busy work schedule.
She became pregnant with Aiden in the first season of Selling Sunset and gave birth in February 2019.
Her baby son made his first appearance in the debut episode of season two, and fans instantly fell in love.
In May 2020, she announced the birth of her second child, her daughter Elle Madison, who was born within 10 minutes.
With six months left to go, baby number three will be the perfect Christmas or New Year gift for the whole family.
She said her hands have definitely been full during the coronavirus lockdown, juggling work and her two children.
As she did not have to travel at the beginning, she put all of her focus into her work in Miami.
She gave some insight into what fans can expect from the fourth season of Selling Sunset, which should be out very soon.
She said: “I have no clue what the producers have in mind, but I am sure besides real estate and Jason’s new office in Orange County (one hour south of LA) Heather is getting married and Christine will have her baby.
“I am sure production will want to follow both more given it is an actual real-life experience.”
She updated Express.co.uk to say she is filming for season four and has been commuting back and forth between LA and Miami.
Maya felt real estate was an obvious career choice, having grown up in a family with a history of investing in properties.
She grew up in Israel and moved to Los Angeles in 2002, and has since relocated to Miami with her family.
Selling Sunset season 4 will air on Netflix soon.
