Strictly Come Dancing’s Kai Widdrington was overheard telling AJ Odudu that he “loves her so much” amid romance rumours between them.
The 26-year-old professional dancer is paired up with the 33-year-old TV presenter on this year’s series.
It has been claimed that the pair have grown very close during training hours and have “really hit it off”.
Now audio from after their performance on Saturday has been releasing seemingly confirming the rumours.
The show releases ‘secret mic’ audio each week that reveals what the contestants say to each other on the dance floor, usually unheard due to Dave Arch and his orchestra.
In a clip shared on BBC's Strictly Instagram, Kai could be heard praising AJ and saying: “Aww, I love you! I love you so much!”
It comes after a source spoke to The Sun to say that “sparks are flying between the pair” and that “romance is 100 per cent on the cards”.
Kai is single after splitting from his dancer girlfriend of five years Giulia Dotta, 29, earlier this summer.

And AJ is also not in a relationship, having said that she has been unsuccessful with dating apps, adding that: “I just don't meet anyone, aside from TV programmes I've done”.
A source said: “Everyone backstage is talking about the sparks flying between AJ and Kai. It's very passionate and intense whenever they're together.
“They're both single and have really hit it off and everyone on the show is saying it's only a matter of time.

“They're always laughing and flirting — romance is 100 per cent on the cards. Kai is totally AJ's type. He's got loads of banter and he's been blown away by her, too.”
AJ also sent rumours swirling that there was a potential romance brewing when she shared a snap of Kai’s six-pack to social media on Friday as they squeezed in some last-minute rehearsals.
The pair dazzled on Saturday night during their The Bodyguard-inspired American Smooth which saw them net three nines and one eight from Craig, earning them 35 points.
AJ couldn’t hold back her tears after the dance, admitting that she had experienced “self-doubt” and feared that she would let Kai down.
She said: “I do feel emotional because, yeah… it's been… I have had a bit of self-doubt this week and I just really wanted to execute it well.
“I didn't want to let anyone down, especially Kai because it is such a beautiful dance, so I just wanted to do it justice.”
