Donald Trump declares himself a ‘great looking, smart and stable genius’ as he dismisses Democrat rivals as ‘sleepy’, ‘skinny’ and ‘nervous’

DONALD Trump has declared himself as great looking, smart and a stable genius in his latest Twitter rant, while simultaneously dismissing his rivals.

In his most recent tweet-storm, the US president took the opportunity to lash out at "Fake News Media" while branding fellow 2020 runners as 'sleepy, skinny and nervous'.

This morning, Trump decided to air his views on the media, as well as drop in a few thoughts about his intelligence and appearance in a series of four lengthy tweets.

He tweeted: "A big subject today at the White House Social Media Summit will be the tremendous dishonesty, bias, discrimination and suppression practiced by certain companies.

"We will not let them get away with it much longer. The Fake News Media will also be there, but for a limited period.."

While Twitter users thought the rant was over, it was very much just the beginning.

Trump then tweeted: "The Fake News is not as important, or as powerful, as Social Media.

"They have lost tremendous credibility since that day in November, 2016, that I came down the escalator with the person who was to become your future First Lady.

"When I ultimately leave office in six years, or maybe 10 or 14 (just kidding), they will quickly go out of business for lack of credibility, or approval, from the public.

"That’s why they will all be Endorsing me at some point, one way or the other. Could you imagine having Sleepy Joe Biden, or Alfred E. Newman…"

In his final tweet of the short-lived series, Trump concluded his string of tweets by having a mild dig at 2020 runner Elizabeth Warren, saying: "…or a very nervous and skinny version of Pocahontas (1/1024th)"

He then added: "As your President, rather than what you have now, so great looking and smart, a true Stable Genius!

"Sorry to say that even Social Media would be driven out of business along with, and finally, the Fake News Media!"

Trump then made a lighthearted joke about exceeding his presidential term limits, and went on to attack 2020 Democratic hopefuls Joe Biden and Pete Buttigieg.

The US president has had a strenuous relationship with Senator Warren, as he previously dubbed her as ‘fake Pocahontas’ after calling herself Native American.

She has since been struggling to move past controversy over her ancestry claims after taking a DNA test in an attempt to prove she has Cherokee blood.

After her announcement of running in the 2020 presidential election, Trump took to Twitter to once again use the insulting nickname he’s given her.

"Today Elizabeth Warren, sometimes referred to by me as Pocahontas, joined the race for President," Trump tweeted.

"Will she run as our first Native American presidential candidate, or has she decided that after 32 years, this is not playing so well anymore? See you on the campaign TRAIL, Liz!"

The Massachusetts Democrat, a leader of the party's progressive wing, made her announcement from a historic site in Lawrence – a city northwest of Boston .

Warren, 69, has made workers' rights, fair wages and access to healthcare central to her campaign.

Yesterday, Britain's ambassador to the US Sir Kim Darroch has sensationally quit after being embroiled in a Donald Trump leak storm – and the cops have been called in too.

The US president launched a scathing attack yesterday branding the ambassador "wacky" after a series of damning indictments were leaked from secret cables over two years.

Trump yesterday exploded at Sir Kim and Theresa May as he attacked her "foolish" Brexit plans as a "disaster".

He tweeted: "The wacky Ambassador that the U.K. foisted upon the United States is not someone we are thrilled with, a very stupid guy.

"He should speak to his country, and Prime Minister May, about their failed Brexit negotiation, and not be upset with my criticism of how badly it was handled.

"I told Theresa May how to do that deal, but she went her own foolish way-was unable to get it done. A disaster!

"I don’t know the Ambassador but have been told he is a pompous fool. Tell him the USA now has the best Economy & Military anywhere in the World, by far and they are both only getting bigger, better and stronger…..Thank you, Mr. President!"
