leukaemia after getting just weeks to live.<\/p>\n<p>Dylan Lamb thought he&#x27;d pulled a muscle and went to the doctor with back pain earlier this year.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/back-horror-man-20-given-841163727.jpg\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/manchester-citys-jack-grealish-warming-840662916.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>The 20-year-old was then diagnosed with Precursor T-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia.<\/p>\n<p>Dylan, from Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire, died at home surrounded by his family on Saturday evening.<\/p>\n<p>A post on social media read: &quot;He went in his sleep with his family by his side, having said his goodbyes to all of his friends the day before and he was still full of laughs and jokes.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>Dylan&#x27;s friends continued: &quot;I
