{"id":142808,"date":"2023-09-08T04:54:36","date_gmt":"2023-09-08T04:54:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/celebritywshow.com\/?p=142808"},"modified":"2023-09-08T04:54:36","modified_gmt":"2023-09-08T04:54:36","slug":"fabio-wardley-is-left-with-nasty-cut-after-brawl-with-david-adeleye","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/celebritywshow.com\/sport\/fabio-wardley-is-left-with-nasty-cut-after-brawl-with-david-adeleye\/","title":{"rendered":"Fabio Wardley is left with nasty cut after BRAWL with David Adeleye"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Fabio Wardley is left with nasty cut after BRAWL with David Adeleye at the Fury vs Ngannou press conference in London<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The two heavyweight stars became involved in a scuffle on the red carpet\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Wardley was left with a bloody cheek after receiving a cut just below his eye\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>READ: Ngannou warns Fury that it will be &#8216;good night&#8217; for him in Saudi Arabia\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The London red carpet media launch for Tyson Fury&#8217;s mega millions fight in Saudi Arabia next month glistened all the more vividly as a candidate for the undercard suffered a cut eye on his arrival.<\/p>\n<p>Fabio Wardley walked into a brawl with projected British heavyweight title opponent David Adeleye and his minders.<\/p>\n<p>One of the latter threw a punch which caught Wardley on his sun glasses, which nicked his left eye and sent the claret spurting.<\/p>\n<p>Videos of the incident appeared on social media shortly afterwards and clearly show Wardley being sent to the ground after being caught by Adeleye&#8217;s team.<\/p>\n<p>The scuffle came just moments before a bout between the two fighters, on the undercard of Fury-Ngannou, was announced.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/07\/20\/75185135-12493519-image-a-20_1694116106437.jpg\" height=\"447\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Fabio Wardley (pictured) was left with a nasty cut after being involved in a scuffle at the Fury vs Ngannou press conference<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/07\/20\/75185139-12493519-image-a-22_1694116137437.jpg\" height=\"458\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The British heavyweight was caught by one of the members of David Adeleye&#8217;s team<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/07\/20\/75185141-12493519-image-a-21_1694116128094.jpg\" height=\"415\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Adeleye (pictured) was not the one to instigate the bout against his upcoming opponent<\/p>\n<p>Once the scuffle ended WBC world heavyweight champion Fury and former UFC giant Francis Ngannou set about selling their cross over boxing match in Riyadh on October 28<\/p>\n<p>Both insisted this will be a genuine fight, not the enriching exhibition making of themselves which many critics believe.<\/p>\n<p>Which made the name of the third promoter of the Saudi spectacular a delicious irony<\/p>\n<p>Frank Warren&#8217;s Queensberry and Bob Arum&#8217;s Top Rank were joined on the rostrum by Ngannou&#8217;s&#8230; Gimmick Promotions.<\/p>\n<p>That did not say it all.
