{"id":143089,"date":"2023-09-16T08:29:23","date_gmt":"2023-09-16T08:29:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/celebritywshow.com\/?p=143089"},"modified":"2023-09-16T08:29:23","modified_gmt":"2023-09-16T08:29:23","slug":"disney-partners-with-ghetto-film-school-to-celebrate-hispanic-heritage-month-through-alumni-storyteller-short","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/celebritywshow.com\/tv-movies\/disney-partners-with-ghetto-film-school-to-celebrate-hispanic-heritage-month-through-alumni-storyteller-short\/","title":{"rendered":"Disney Partners With Ghetto Film School To Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month Through Alumni Storyteller Short"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Disney Entertainment Television is celebrating Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month through a partnership with Ghetto Film School.<\/p>\n<p>For the collaboration, Disney commissioned four alumni from the nonprofit &mdash; Alyse Arteaga (21 years old), Kian Cloma (24 years old), Alejandro Ayala (22 years old) and Tommy Espinal (22 years old) &mdash; to create a short film honoring their Hispanic&nbsp;and Latin American culture, titled <em>Yo Recuerdo\/ I Remember<\/em>. <\/p>\n<p>Watch a trailer for the short film above. In it, each alumni speaks about how their core memories have influences their storytelling. <\/p>\n<p><em>Yo Recuerdo\/ I Remember<\/em> expands upon a collaboration between Disney and Ghetto Film School that spans several years. In order to make the project come to life, each alumni filmmaker featured in the short film was provided access to a full service of production resources&nbsp;including video equipment, graphic designers and editing bays in order to execute their vision. <\/p>\n<p>They were also paired with mentors from across Disney Entertainment Television who specialize in their desired career tracks.<\/p>\n<p>The complete film will debut on Hulu on September 14.
