DEAR DEIDRE: EVERY day I worry about my girlfriend when she leaves for work. <\/p>\n

Her boss is a total creep and I can\u2019t help but fear what he\u2019ll do next.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m 37, my girlfriend is 34 and we\u2019ve been together for four years.<\/p>\n

She works for a marketing firm and her boss is a man in his 60s. <\/p>\n

Since the day she started, he has always made her feel slightly uncomfortable, but recently things have escalated.<\/p>\n

She very often notices him gawking at her from across the office and he\u2019s never shy about making passing comments about her appearance.<\/p>\n

Tell her how worried you are and stress the importance of talking to her HR department, to get advice on how to handle this.<\/p>\n
