JONNY MAY has announced his retirement from Test rugby at the age of 33.<\/p>\n
The England wing confirmed his decision just four days after winning a bronze medal at the Rugby World Cup.<\/p>\n

May was a member of the England squad for the tournament, making his final appearance in the semi-final loss to South Africa.<\/p>\n
However, he did not appear in Friday's third place play-off victory over Argentina.<\/p>\n
In a statement, May said: "Words can\u2019t describe the journey that I\u2019ve been on so I won\u2019t try to put it into words.<\/p>\n
"At this point in time all I want to say from the bottom of my heart is a huge thank you to everybody who has been a part of this journey with me.<\/p>\n
