It was the highlight of my career. I was quite good friends with Kylie and we used to hang out.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are not friends now. That is too complicated.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is weird you lose touch with people. She changed her phone number and did not give me the new one. No, that is a joke&#8230; or is it?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Revealing how she landed the gig in the first place, Davina continued: \u201cI was running nightclubs at the time and she lost her director of the video and me being the constant hustler I said, \u2018If I get you a director, can I be a dancer in your video\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> <strong> READ MORE: <\/strong> <strong>Kylie Minogue releases the truth about her love life<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.images.express.co.uk\/img\/dynamic\/79\/590x\/secondary\/Kylie-Minogue-Davina-McCall-5043170.jpg?r=1698829803139\"><\/p>\n<p>The video, shot in Camden Market, saw Davina wearing a striped vest and a black beret as she joined a group of dancers surrounding Kylie.<\/p>\n<p>In the years after making the video, the duo were spotted on nights out and presented an award together at the 2000 BRIT Awards and Q Awards.<\/p>\n<p>Davina previously said that she misses her friendship with Kylie and revealed that she was a \u201cnumpty\u201d when they \u201cdrifted apart\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>She said in July: \u201cWe both just drifted apart. Nothing happened between us. I was a numpty and still using back then.
