TikToker Shelby Ray (@shelbyrayhunt) knows how easy it is to eventually blow off those New Year\u2019s resolutions that you\u2019re so excited about in January.<\/p>\n

This year, however, was different.<\/p>\n

She was steadfast about her weight loss goal.<\/p>\n

\u201cLet\u2019s stick to our New Year\u2019s resolution this time,\u201d she wrote in a clip.<\/p>\n

The young brunette shared a photo of herself from early 2023, posing on a beach in a pair of fitted jeans and a tank top.<\/p>\n

When the slide changed to a photo of herself today, however, she appeared transformed.<\/p>\n

Wearing a body-hugging long sleeve top and leggings, she revealed that her stomach was now snatched, her arms thin, and her legs lean.<\/p>\n

\u201cOk!\u201d she wrote, to signal that she obeyed her wish and reached her goal.<\/p>\n

In her post, Shelby tagged the fitness studio Orangetheory \u2013\u00a0which involves cardio and weights\u00a0\u2013\u00a0suggesting that was the workout that saw her lose weight and tone her figure.<\/p>\n

Still, it wasn\u2019t easy, as she faced her fair share of obstacles: \u201cNot without a lot of tears and splats.\u201d<\/p>\n

She revealed in another clip that one of her friends stuck by her side during the wellness journey.<\/p>\n

At the beginning of 2023, she posed with pal Addison, looking full and buxom.<\/p>\n

At the end of 2023, the two posed together again, but this time Shelby was slender and toned.<\/p>\n
