Following days of speculation, Kourtney Kardashian has appeared to confirm the arrival of her baby son with husband Travis Barker in a new social media post.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 44, took to Instagram on Tuesday to wish Blink-182 drummer Travis, 48, a happy birthday along with a series of intimate photos of them together.
"To my husband, my soulmate, my best friend, my lover, my daddy to our baby boy, my everything… I wish you the happiest birthday. You make all of my dreams come true and I feel so blessed to have you by my side. I love you beyond words, forever," the new mum-of-four penned.
Fans were left unimpressed by Kourtney's choice of photographs for Travis' birthday post however, with many branding them inappropriate in the comments section.
"These are the weirdest maternity pictures I have ever seen lol," one person said, as a second added: "These are the types of pictures you just keep to yourself lol".
A third person commented: "We could've definitely lived happy without seeing these pics," and a fourth said: "These photos should be private."
Kourtney's post comes after it was reported she'd given birth to a baby boy, with her and Travis welcoming their first child together. Kourtney and Travis are yet to announce the birth of their baby son, but reports claim the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star gave birth in early November.
The new arrival is Kourtney’s fourth child and Travis’ third, as Kourtney already shares three children, Mason, 13, Penelope, 11 and Reign, 8, with her ex Scott Disick. Meanwhile Travis is already a doting dad to Landon, 20, and Alabama, 17. Travis Barker is also stepdad to Atiana De La Hoya.
Kourtney is said to be “over the moon” as a source told People: “Her pregnancy took a stressful turn towards the end. She is happy to just be able to snuggle her baby boy now.”
Days after the initial reports claiming she'd given birth, new reports emerged saying Kourtney had been spotted arriving at the Cedars-Sinai medical centre in Los Angeles earlier that same week. Travis and Kourtney's half-sister Kylie Jenner, 26, were both also pictured arriving separately at the hospital – said to be an indication that the baby was on the way.
TMZ, which has reported on some of the clues, said insiders connected to the family had been 'unusually sketchy' on the topic of Kourtney being at hospital. However, they confirmed Kourtney's due date was scheduled for that week – with a source stating her labour would be induced.
