Georgina Baillie said ex-boyfriend Brand had the excuse of being a sex addict when they humiliated her and her late grandfather in front of millions of Radio 2 listeners.
But the 38-year-old artist said Ross was a married father of two daughters when they left vile, personal messages on the Fawlty Towers’ actor’s voicemail.
She said while Brand apologised and helped pay for her drink and drugs rehab, big name TV host Ross made her feel like a “disposable tart”.

She spoke out after Brand was accused of rape, sexual assault, grooming and other misconduct with women, stretching back over a number of years.
The comedian and reality TV host prompted a record number of complaints with his obscene and personal voicemail messages 15 years ago.
During his Radio 2 show, egged on by Ross, he rang Andrew to talk about his fling with Georgina, live on air.
Ross interrupted, shouting “he f***ed your granddaughter”, before Brand sang: “It was consensual and she wasn’t menstrural”.
Georgina said: “Russell was a sex addict. He was addicted to having sex and finding sex – the chase.
“When you look at his act, you can see he was clearly very, very poorly with sex addiction.
“But instead of being helped he was being encouraged by the people who were making money out of his outrageousness.
“Whoever was advising him, the agents, the production companies, Channel 4, the BBC should have said, “No, you’re going to rehab and you’re staying for a year or however long it takes.”

She added: “I have forgiven him. But I have different feelings for Jonathan Ross.
“I don’t know what to say about him other than it’s just really sad that somebody who has daughters could think it’s OK.
“He’s never apologised to me. It makes me feel like I don’t matter and I’m just some disposable tart.”
Brand and Ross sparked more than 40,000 complaints with their behaviour and were condemned by then Prime Minister Gordon Brown.
Brand resigned and Ross, who has daughters Honey and Betty, and son Harvey, was suspended for 12 weeks. He issued a general apology but said nothing to Georgina.
She said she apologised to her grandfather as he spent his final years in a retirement home for actors in north-west London.
“Grandad, I’m so, so sorry for everything I put you through. I’m much better now. You don’t have to worry about me any more. I just felt maybe, maybe he forgave me. I hope so.”
