Big Brother viewers mortified as former winner is 'ignored' by hosts in awkward live scenes | The Sun

BIG Brother fans have expressed their shock after claiming a former show winner was ignored during the live launch show last night.

Five years after winning the last series of the reality show and its £100,000 prize, Cameron Cole made his way to the new house for launch night.

Eagle-eyed viewers spotted him in the audience on TV but were left scratching their heads when new hosts Will Best and AJ Odudu didn't speak to him.

One viewer fumed on X: "Cameron Cole, previous winner of Big Brother sat in #bbll audience being totally ignored."

Another posted: "Genuinely feel really sorry for Cameron @ccole_99 the actual LAST WINNER of 2018 series he was in the audience of Late and Live and they didn’t even have a quick chat with him."

A third said: "I'm still in shock that they snubbed Cameron, who's the reigning winner. They did the best bits a couple of days ago so they know who he is. Former winner in Cameron in the audience who they've ignored…"

Norwich lad Cameron, 23, was full of praise for the launch and didn't seem bothered in the slightest that he didn't feature more prominently.

He wrote on X: "Really enjoyed the last couple of days albeit I feel I’ve spent more time in a queue than I did in the BB house lol.

"Launch & Late & Live were great! Isn’t it great having Big Brother back!"

Earlier in the day he shared pictures of himself and friends sitting close to the house counting down the hours until the launch.
