The acclaimed food critic left fans worried after she revealed that she has "nothing left" during Friday's episode of the ITV show.
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, viewers were quick to share their concerns.
One viewer wrote: "Grace needs to see a doctor looking ill!"
