The secret girlfriend of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! star Nigel Farage has finally confirmed their relationship as she discussed his stint in the jungle so far, including that unforgettable shower scene. Laure Ferrari, who is 15 years Nigel’s junior, believes he is a “good campmate” and has a high chance of being crowned King of the Jungle.
Ahead of heading to Australia, she shared: “He is extremely tolerant of people’s little ways, and that will gain him support from the public. There are rumours that some want to make him less popular, but I think the show is giving viewers the opportunity to see the Nigel that I, his family and friends, know and love.”
Aside from being at the centre of a few Brexit debates in camp, recent scenes saw Josie Gibson being startled at seeing Nigel’s bare bottom as he stripped down for a shower in the jungle. Addressing the moment, Laure told Mail Online: “Nigel has a great bottom, what’s wrong with that? If you’ve got it, flaunt it!”
The pair, who have been together for six years, first met when she was working as a waitress in her native France. On what first attracted her to the former UKIP leader, she said she was particularly impressed by his values “as a man”.
Giving examples, she listed his loyalty, empathy and sticking to his promises, as his greatest traits. After meeting, Nigel and Laure are said to have struck up a good friendship and she later began working for him in the European Parliament.

She went on to move into politics herself by running the Institute for Direct Democracy in Europe, which had links to UKIP and the Brexit movement. Nigel, 59, was previously married to Kirsten Mehr for 18 years and they have two daughters, Isabelle, 18, and Victoria, 23.
Ahead of the show’s elimination progress, his youngest was spotted at Brisbane airport and said of her dad: “It’s definitely been refreshing. As I said previously, he’s a very divisive character. So it’s either love or hate but now it seems to be there’s a bit of a middle round of like okay, I don’t agree with this politics but he seems like a funny guy and that’s been really nice for all of us as family.

“He’s just my dad that’s all it is to me but it’s not quite the same to the rest of the country,” she added to The Mirror. Isabelle’s appearance came after Nigel’s lawyers sent a furious letter to ITV over his shower scene.
According to Mail Online, his team alleged they had breached an “indecency” clause in the contract. A source said: “The legal team were not exactly over the moon about the naked scenes being shown. It simply broke the clause in the contract.
“Nigel will be surprised at the incredible reaction to it when he comes out because, as always, he is just being himself in the jungle. Who knows – maybe he could even do a calendar next year.”
A show source has told Express.co.uk: “All the celebrities are fully briefed before they enter camp that there’s cameras everywhere, except for the dunny.
