Reese Witherspoon’s 20-year-old son has been the latest celebrity child to be branded a “nepo baby”.
The New York University student let TikTok star Caleb Simpson — whose 7.8 million followers watch him tour expensive homes — walk through his lavish college apartment located in New York City.
When asked how much he pays for his high-end apartment, Deacon coyly admitted he pays “West Village prices”.
The son of the The Morning Show actress and Ryan Philippe didn’t hesitate to take Caleb and his pals on a tour around his rather impressive home.
Deacon’s abode came equipped with a spiral staircase, a spacious living area, stunning furnishings and fancy artwork.

The TikTok has since made the rounds on the video-sharing platform, however, some viewers have called out the student for his “unrealistic” living situation.
One user @Andiearonow wrote: “Occupation: nepo baby.”
Another fan @SueBird2020 penned: “Let’s not forget that his mom and dad are wealthy celebrities. He could afford the whole place if he wanted to!”
And @jtzimm14 pointed out: “The question should have been, how much do your famous parents pay for rent in NY.”

A fourth person @Libbymorse7 wrote: “Rich kids / nepo babies LOVE to avoid mentioning their extremely wealthy parents.”
However not all the comments under the video were negative, some users pointed out how “humble” Deacon was.
“Ya not just a student also a nepo baby! but at least he seems down to earth,” [sic] @user7292012691037 said.
And @LoveeAsiaa shared: “He looks just like his mom. I knew just by looking at him.”
