I'm a grandmother and every inch of my body is covered in tattoos, I looked wildly different a few years ago | The Sun

A GRANDMOTHER has revealed her jaw-dropping transformation after spending over $31,000 on tattoos.

The 56-year-old got hooked on covering her body in colorful artwork after getting her first inking just over eight years ago.

Kerstin Tristan (@tattoo_butterfly_flower), from Germany, has almost 190,000 followers on Instagram, where she dons skimpy outfits that showcase her intricate tattoos.

She wowed as she took to the social media platform with a new snap showing the variety of designs that she had inked from head to toe.

Among the ladybirds, purple roses, and eye-catching leopard print are also detailed portraits and brightly colorful feathers.

She could’ve been mistaken for being naked as she sat cross-legged on the floor in the photo in a strapless top with stylish bracelets on both wrists.

She placed her hands behind her head to give a glimpse of the artwork that usually goes unnoticed when she’s standing up.

Her look was complete with flamboyant false eyelashes and striking pink makeup.

The post received a flood of likes and thousands of comments complimenting her “beautiful” appearance.

“Breathtaking,” one wrote. “Diva [fire],” another said.

Many others left hearts and rose emojis in the comment section to show their appreciation.

Kerstin recently dyed her hair a subtle shade of pink to add to her unique look and it seems as though she now only has space left on her face for new tattoos.

She has birds, butterflies, geometric prints, and other animals covering her from neck to toe despite once saying that she “hates tattoos.”

The self-proclaimed “tattoo butterfly” looks almost unrecognizable from old photos, where she had no visible tattoos, bleached blonde hair, and minimal makeup.

Just last month, she shared a snap of how she looked nine years ago with totally bare skin.

She has spent countless hours overhauling her appearance with vibrant inkings and even created an Only Fans account to reveal her more promiscuous side.

“I sacrificed my whole savings for them,” Kerstin previously said in a YouTube video.

“I invested between 30,000 and 35,000 euros on tattoos.

“I simply just wanted to try something new. We all live just once and I thought that in my age something real has to come.

“When I look in the mirror, I see a beautiful meadow.”
