ITV I’m A Celeb’s Sam Thompson enjoy a festive date night before posting cheeky topless snap

Zara McDermott and Sam Thompson enjoyed a lavish night out to celebrate Zara’s birthday.

The couple, who recently reunited in the UK after weeks of Sam starring on I’m a Celebrity, headed to the Ritz in London to celebrate Zara turning 27.

Sam, who was crowned King of the Jungle, looked smart as he dressed up in a full two-piece suit and tie for the occasion.

Meanwhile, Zara attended the festive date night in a glamorous black mini dress, tights, and heels.

The pair made the most of Zara’s birthday being so close to Christmas as they posed in front of the Ritz's famous giant Christmas tree before heading to enjoy some champagne.

Zara also shared on her Instagram stories that Sam had gifted her with a pricey Bottega Veneta bag, which reportedly costs between £1,880 and £5,550.

Love Island star Zara posted a slew of snaps on her Instagram showing her followers what she got up to during her birthday celebrations.

One cheeky snap showed a topless Sam posing in the mirror with Zara as they fed their two cats.

It comes as Sam recently revealed that he was gutted that he didn’t organise a secret signal to communicate with Zara while he was away in the jungle.

The 31-year-old said his fellow campmate Marvin had been discreetly leaving his wife Rochelle Hume and kids Alaia-Mai, Valentina, and Blake messages while on the show.

He told The Mirror: "Marvin told me that he did it so his kids and Rochelle knew it was for them, and that he was OK. I was like 'Oh s**t I haven’t come up with any.'”

Eagle-eyed fans were quick to notice JLS singer Marvin appearing to make the secret signals, with some believing that the Beat Again singer was deliberately tapping his fist on his heart.

"Marvin already doing his secret hand sign to home," one person speculated on X, formally known as Twitter.

Over the weekend, Sam was crowned the winner of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here 2023.

The reality TV star made the final alongside politician Nigel Farage and retired boxer Tony Bellew. Tony came second on the show while Nigel managed to place third.

In his exit interview, Sam explained that his ADHD meant that it was easier for him not to get involved in some of the fiery debates going on in the camps.

He said: "I didn’t know what was going on, and I had nothing to add, so I’d literally sit there, and obviously with my ADHD, my gaze would go everywhere, and I’d just find myself following a butterfly instead down by the creek.”
