I'm 32 but look years younger – I'll never let my hands give away my age and it's thanks to a kitchen cupboard staple | The Sun

A 32-YEAR-OLD who is used to people mistaking her for years younger has urged women to create a skincare routine for their HANDS.

Isabelle Lux ensures that her fists don’t give away her age by providing them with their very own beauty groove.

And according to the influencer, a Korean anti-ageing hack that’s totally free is the ticket to youthful palms.

Isabelle claims that her hand routine will save you a whopping £32k.

“Anybody above the age of 30 knows that your hands start to become such an important part of your anti-ageing routine,” she said.

“They just don't look as good as they usd to and cosmetic treatments for your hands cost so much money.

The country’s skincare culture employs a holistic approach including consistent routines, proactively fighting the physical signs of ageing and healthy habits.

And according to Isabelle, a little known beauty secret from the country is rice water.

“Make rice water now,” she said in a TikTok video. “I’m telling you.

“Start now. I don’t care if you’re 20 or 50, it’s the easiest thing.

“Take two cups of water, half a cup of rice and just soak your hands in it once a week for ten to 20 minutes.

“Your hands will be like a baby’s bottom, they will be so soft.”

As the hack “basically costs nothing”, Isabelle dubbed it the “easiest thing on earth”.

Rice water has skincare benefits because it is rich in antioxidants, as well as vitamins A, C and E.

According to beauty blog Korea By Me, it “purifies the skin” to make it appear brighter and smoother.
