Coronation Street’s Gemma Winter-Brown (played by Dolly-Rose Campbell) could be at risk of losing custody of her children as she falls ill once again.

Gemma recently had to deal with social services after she fell asleep whilst childminding and left Bertie Osbourne (Rufus-Morgan Smith) at risk when he found some tablets in her bag.

Since then, Gemma has been desperate to provide a steady income for her household and even took a job as a personal assistant for ex-boyfriend Henry Newton (George Banks).

However, official spoilers reveal Gemma could be putting the future of her family at risk again as she takes on too much responsibility, leaving her to fall seriously ill.

In upcoming scenes, Henry lures Gemma to a hotel bar on the premise of a business meeting for Newton and Ridley.

As they settle down for their “meeting”, Henry insists on buying Gemma a drink which leaves her suspicious.

He soon admits there is no meeting, and he brought her to the hotel to reveal he has lost his job with his father, Phillip Newton (Bruce McGregor).

Henry goes on to reveal he is still madly in love with Gemma and he wants them to spend the rest of their lives together.

Gemma is left sitting across from Henry confused, unsure of how to respond. Will she let him down gently or will she be swayed by their history?
