Emma Willis returns to present This Morning with Rylan Clark
This Morning viewers have begged ITV bosses to keep Emma Willis as a full-time host on the daytime programme after she returned to the show on Tuesday’s episode. The 47-year-old took on hosting duties alongside her former Big Brother pal Rylan Clark and fans couldn’t be more excited about the duo being back together.
The much-loved pair are set to host the show every day this week, even on Friday which is usually Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary’s slot. Fans rushed to X, formerly known as Twitter, to express their happiness over Emma being on the show and called for her to be made full-time, after Holly Willoughby’s dramatic departure.
Holly, 42, announced she was departing the show in October after presenting the show for the last 14 years.
One fan said: “Yay so lovely to see Rylan and Emma Willis on today’s This Morning they were both amazing together when Channel 5 did #BBUK :).”
Another viewer wrote: “Emma Willis & Rylan Clark are Amazing For This presenting Job. Please can we keep Rylan & Emma as permanent hosts full time.”

A third added: “Rylan and Emma Willis presenting This Morning is the best duo they’ve had in a good length of time! #ThisMorning.”
While a fourth said: “Rylan and Emma feel like the right fit to be the new permanent hosts #thismorning,” and a fifth person exclaimed: “I think Emma Willis has saved #ThisMorning Brilliant presenter.”
Emma has previously hosted This Morning as a guest host on special appearances, but this is her first time back in five years. As Rylan, 35, and Emma introduced the show, The Voice star confirmed it had been five years since she co-hosted This Morning.
“Hello, good morning, and welcome to a new week on This Morning, and welcome back the one and only Emma Willis,” Rylan began. The duo hugged as Rylan continued: “I love you.”

“It’s been a minute, hasn’t it?” Emma replied as her co-host added: “It has been a minute. It’s been…we can’t get out of each other’s pockets, can we?”
“Five years it has been,” The Voice host said. “I was thinking about it the other day and I thought, ‘It’s been a couple of years since I last did it’, five years.”
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV1 and ITVX.
